Background not displaying

Bascially my client area located here:

is displaying a white background, even though in my CSS located here: public_html/clients/templates/customintergrationname/style.css

Fraud: Able to use fake Credit Card with 0.00 Payment

Hello,

I have a promotion that gives the first month web hosting a price of 0.00. However while checking the billing process I was able to enter in random credit card numbers to see if it worked. To my surprise it accepted the credit card payment and provisioned the web hosting account.

Promotion for new domains only - not renewals

My wholesaler is offering a discount for new .net.au domain names next month.

I have setup a promotion (see attachment). However, I only want the discount to apply to new domain names registrations and not renewals.

Will this work?

Order Notes To Ticket - for WHMCS

This WHMCS hook will open a support ticket whenever a note is added to the order.

With this hook you can forget about accepting an order without reading the client's notes !

Once an order is placed, the hook will retrieve the order notes content, open a ticket to your staff so they will be able to take action. Ticket is automatically assigned to the user's account for future reference.

Warning Errors appear in client area

Hello

i have warning Error which appear in my client area when i want show the nameservers of an active domain

but the configuration.php file of my WHMCS is:

Is there an alternative to http://example.com/?systpl=us to load a different template. I would like to load different templates for different countries but don't want the '?systpl=' visible in the url.

Credit does not apply

Hi,

When a customer added some credits to our website, and wants to pay by it, the customer gets redirected to the login form. and is unable to pay the invoice by their current credits. Adding credits works as a charm, but paying with it leads to a redirect.

Does anyone have the same issue?
Anyone some advise?

Export clients with custom fields

Hello!

We need to export all our clients. We need the info to import into our CRM.

I can't find an easy way to export all the data including the custom fields.

There are any easy way to do it?

Maybe a small mod to the clientes.php report allow me to choose the custom fields, but i don't want to touch.

We use Interworx to manage hosting accounts and I've installed WHMCS on a separate server. Where do I start to integrate the 2 systems? I'm not seeing anything in the official documentation with regards to getting this going. Thanks!

Remove cart step 2 or removing domain option on cart order

Guys,

Is it possible on whmcs to cart step 2

"Please provide us with the domain you want to use with your hosting service by selecting an option from the selections below."

or removing domain option on cart order.

Example just setting up a mining server which doesnt require domain or mail server or storage server etc.

I saw some related threads and google it but i cant find the right answer.

Cron error

I am receiving an email with invalid request error.

The email shows this:

Cron php -q /home/server/public_html/clientes/admin/cron.php


And then the error message:

[1011150] Invalid request IP: xxx.xx.xxx.xx

Any idea what it could be?

Cannot redeclare getactivefraudmodule()

If click on the order cart I get the following error "Cannot redeclare getactivefraudmodule()"
not sure how to get it fixed, any help is would be appreciated as I have searched the forums and can't find anything.

I am running WHMCS 5.3.6

Hello!

We have a bit of a problem. For addons (like extra traffic, ip addresses, etc) there is no VAT added to the invoice (for EU citizens). So right now, we have to keep an eye for such invoices and change them manually.
Did anybody experience similar problems? I am looking forward to hearing to your solutions/comments.
Should you require additional information, please, let me know.

Setup hosting account and install a product with WHMCS

Hi there,
I'm making a research for right software that can fulfill our requirements.
We need to have an option for client to order a package from a website and software to create hosting account and automatically install software within this account (for example CMS system) and send url and login details to user. We are looking for create several types of accounts A, B, C with different software packages, disk space and prices. We don't need to provide user with hosting account details or install any management software like cPanel or Webmin or anything else.

Is that possible with WHMCS? Is there detailed explanation how we can do that? Do we need to develop additional modules or other integration with this software?

And of course is there anybody who can do this and how much (range) it can be.

How to BCC on Email Templates

Hello all,

We are trying to find a way to BCC all 'Payment Confirmation' emails to clients. We currently have the 'Copy To' field populated within the email template, however this then shows it's been copied to the recipient, so it CC's the email. We want all emails BCC'd to our accounts person but do not want the client seeing the accounts persons email address.

Does anyone know how this can be accomplished?

Displaying TAXES on Product Page

Hello Everyone...

I spent hours looking for a way in which I could show product prices with or without taxes on the product page. As a customer I always hate the sneeky attempt of some suppliers which suddenly surprise with the added VAT just before checkout - which is just false advertising. So I tried to find a way to show all prices including VAT but just didnt happen - so I decided to write a couple of lines of code in products.tpl which I thought I'd share with anyone in the same position:

The currency id used is the one which appears in the URL get params so that I only target GBP as a currency, although one could simply alter this to match any EU local currencies.

about forwardpage Don't work

Question: clientarea >>Navigation > > > billing > > > click addfunds
After funding increases, Page should be forwarded to generate invoice page,But there is no forwarding, page always stay!
It's not forwarded to?viewinvoice.php?id={$invoiceid} But forwarded to: clientarea.php
I hope forward to:viewinvoice.php?id={$invoiceid}
I this problem in my 5.2 x version is normal.
After I upgrade the latest version, appear this problem.
