Two Factor Authentication is not working on WHMCS clientarea

Hi,

I installed two factor authentication but its stuck on the clientarea page. The button is not working when clicked.

FYI: I used custom template with the same code as template 'six'.

I just curious why its not pop up like 'six' do? which code to reproduce pop-up like it?

WHMCS Beenius support

Hi, my name is Cristian, my company sells internet, telephony and ip television. we are using stalker and beenius for iptv distribution. WHMCS seems like the best solution for us but there is no Beenius integration. Is someone interested to develop an addon for WHMCS that will be the same as stalker one?

Smarty Issue (PHP Conversion Error)

Hi guys.

Why when working in an e-mail template, this doesn't works:

{php}if (strlen($this->_tpl_vars['service_assigned_ips']) > 0) {{/php}--
IP address allocation (Extra Addresses):
{$service_assigned_ips}
--{php}}{/php}

I am asking, because in the generated php code (at templates_c folder) whmcs is converting the:

> character (yes >) into > and this is corrupting the php code. Any ideas here ?

New Portfolio Site & Custom Client Theme for WHMCS

Hi All,

It had been quite a while since I redesigned my portfolio site (almost 8 years now) and I finally got around to getting it all done. The site is built on WordPress using my own custom built theme (no templates here). The client area of course is using WHMCS and I built a custom theme for that as well. Just wanted to get some feedback from everyone here on the portfolio site and custom theme. Let me know your thoughts!

Domain Registration Error - Invalid Registrant information.

A new client just registered a new domain, when I want to accept the domain and send it to enom i get this message. Invalid Registrant information.

How can I fix this?

Also, why do new domain registrations always go to pending instead of sending it to enom immediatly?

how to set up client area server module so that client can reboot server /vps etc by their own. is their any free way to do it.? or any free module to restart etc

Before WHMCS Terminates a cPanel Account - Make Auto Backup

I would like to find out if anyone knows of anyone writing a script that would make a backup up of a cPanel account (full backup) right before WHMCS sends over the termination request to terminate a cPanel account.

I have never thought this to be an issue, but twice this year already, I have WHMCS terminate cPanel accounts after they are 90 days past due. And twice this year already within a day or so of termination the clients call up and say they want their sites back, but of course they do not have backups of their sites. In this case both clients were lucky our R1Soft backup server still had a copy of their site on the backup server and we where able to restore, but it would have been easier if there were a full cPanel backup.

So that got me thinking it would be nice if a full cPanel backup was made right before the termination and just stored someplace on the server owned by root, and we can clean them off from time to time as needed.

Any ideas or know of someone?

500 error when trying to read support tickets from admin area

Hello,
I am getting a 500 error when trying to read support tickets in my WHMCS. This error has appeared since I updated it to version 6.3.1.
The errors aren't being logged in cPanel, so I cannot find out what the problem is. I own a VPS, so have access to everything if need be.

What support systems do you use in place of the built in WHMCS one?

Hi,

We are looking to swap out our support system in WHMCS as its lacking quite a few features in full support desk software or perhaps we are missing the settings, we would basically like the ability to assign tickets to other staff members and add staff notes to tickets where possible.

What are you using or would you recommend I see there is a ZenDesk plugin I'm also interested to know how it works from a user perspective i.e. is the support embedded in WHMCS for the client or do they go to a ZenDesk URL.

OK I'm a bit of a noob having post this I have just noticed you can assign on the left side of the ticket in WHMCS I am still interested to hear what others are doing in terms of support integrations.
