Link issue - Email viewquote.php?id=1 Site viewquote/id=1

Hi, I have a link error that I am having issues resolving.

For example; when my clients receive a quote etc via email, the link displays like this:

viewquote.php?id=1

Which when clicked displays a content not found error due to the fact that the actual site url is

viewquote/?id=1

I am sure this is a simple matter, but I am stuck. Somehow I need to change the email links to be sent like the actual website link (without / instead of .php). Could someone please provide some advice. I am running WHMCS in conjunction with Wordpress and WHMCS-Bridge plugin.

Price override on config options

Hi,
i hope somebody from community or WHMCS staff could help with following question.

I am trying to override price of the product in cart if some config options is selected (or other definitions).

I am able to detect variables with for example:
if productgroup==$somegroupid and configoption.id==$someconfigoptionid
but i could not find how to manipulate the price in ordering process and update it to Order Summary.

Yes, there is api to customize the invoice prices after the order is placed, but there is nothing to override price so customer can see the price while ordering.

Does anyone know how to approach this issue?

I need a plugin which adds a fixed amount credit or a percentage from the last year transaction to the users whmcs account as credit.

Or
Creates a promotion code with that amount and send it to user.

first year free then monthly billing - Urgent

We want to give first year free hosting and then start monthly billing.
So I create promotion code with following values.

Type= Percentage
Recurring= Enable - Recur For 11 Times (0 = Unlimited)
Value = 100
Products/Services = Monthly

Now issue is when client checkout system creates order without going to Paypal (merchant account)
and If change value to 99 percentage then system start changing 0.xx amount monthly.

We definitely need to subscribe client on Paypal for next year billing.

ID Protect and EPP Code for domains (Domain configuration..)

Hey,

I am using ENOM Reseller for my domains and currently setting up the long list.

Is there a quick easy way to find out which domains support ID protect and which domains require a EPP code for transfer.

I understand I must tick the box if they are supported or required

Will I need to search each domain manually to find the answer? or is there an easier way?

I know most of the common domains, but the amount of domains these days it's impossible to know them all.

Is it possible to create a knowledgebase search field that works for users who are just visiting the site and are not logged in as a client? I had found a few older threads about creating a knowledgebase search field and I was able to get it working, but it only works when the user is logged in. I want to add a knowledge-base search form to my public support page that will work regardless of whether the visitor is logged in or not.

Is this possible?

hello,

how do i disable widget automatically if my widget is activated from administrator role?
for example: if i activate my own module (lets call it "extended client activity"), then the default module "recent client activity" is automatically disabled

one thought came to my head is:
using database query to remove the text "client_activity" from widget column in adminroles table..but if i do that, will whmcs crash or broken?any other 'safe' way?

Domain Pricing Help

I am adding domains to my hosting company but struggling to come up with a clear pricing structure.

I have been studying other domain registrars and can't see nay clear patterns between different domains, multiple year discounts etc.

What sort of markup % do you add on top of domains? is it a set percentage or does it vary from domain to domain?

Do you offer multiple year discounts? Again, is the discount amount a set %? or set value?

Above all, I understand it must remain competitive, but there has got to be some sort of standard calculation to help quickly come up with pricing? It is taking me a long time to price 100s of domains.

Any assistance appreciated, thanks

I am also interested to know if there are any quicker easier ways to update domain prices without going into each domain and manually adding pricing?

Links not working on knowledge base.

I started creating my knowledge base so that customers and non-customers would have information in regard to my hosting. I went to the front end to check out what it looked like from that end and the links are not working. Btw, It's not the template. I changed them out and it still is happening. The link to my knowledge base is:

hosting.goddessdivinedesigns.com/knowledgebase.php

Does anyone know what's going on?

500 Error when replying to tickets

Enabled logging and see the following message: Fatal error: CommonAttributes module does not exist in /home/username/public_html/adminfolder/vendor/ezyang/htmlpurifier/library/HTMLPurifier/HTMLModuleManager.php on line 189

Started when I tried replying to a ticket. Now, I see it when I try to read that same ticket. (Could read it before, now I cannot.)

Any thoughts?

Custom Invoice Integration

Hello!

I have an invoice I'd like to have integrated to my WHMCS. I have a jpeg file, and a html file that was for another invoice similar to this but there has been many changes so I am not sure it's usable. So essentially i need the attached jpeg to be html coded and integrated.

I also have 3 email templates, and a statement I also need integrated. I have a zipped file that I cannot upload, so i can email that.
